Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MyGift ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand to more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a free replacement.
